We took the kids out trick-or-treating for the first time last night. They looked cute in their little costumes and I think they had a great time.
I finally got Layne to look at the camera for this picture. He was too excited to pose for pictures.

Layne's pants were way to big and he ended up stepping on them and tripping on them the whole time. At one point, he soaked them in a mud puddle and made little sloppy footprints down the road.
The lightsaber batteries barely made it through the night, so our little goblins were able to swish and twirl with their glowing green swords all evening.

They are so cute! It looks like they were excited to go trick or treating. We went Trunk or Treating Friday night and Emily woke up 5 times during the night crying and saying "cars, scary" It was sad so we didn't go trick or treating on Saturday.
looks like fun :) Are you guys coming for the Burbank Thanksgiving this year or just for Christmas time? It will be good to see you!
We are still pretty short on cash even though Ben starts his new job this week, so no, we will not be up to Idaho for Thanksgiving. Also, as I am due to give birth a week after Christmas, we won't be travelling for Christmas either. We are hoping to make a trip sometime next summer. It will be great to see you too!
