Preterm Labor

For the last three weeks, I have been having a lot of braxton-hicks contractions. Even though I have been on a couple of medications to stop them, they have still been coming. I went to the doctor yesterday and I am 2 cm dilated and 50% effaced, so I am now on bedrest. Right now I am 31 weeks along, so hopefully we can keep the baby from coming for at least another month.

The Lord has really blessed us with Ben's new job just in time. I don't know what I would do if Ben were still travelling. Just the same, it is going to be a difficult month and we would appreciate your prayers! I will keep you updated, although I won't be able to post except on weekends when I have access to Ben's laptop.
