So Far, So Good

I can't believe this is the last day of the second week of school. I didn't really know what having school aged kids was all about, so now I know. It is fun, but a little scary. Devin and Layne have both had great behavior reports, so that is a relief. It is hard to get them to tell me about what they did at school, which always makes me wildly curious. Devin seems to really like P.E. which isn't surprising. He loves running and he loves games, so P.E. involves both. He has a few friends he has mentioned named Simon, Grayson, Brealle, Lydia, and Lexi.

Layne is doing so well! He is working on waiting and using appropriate volume in his speech. He has made a new friend named Carly. According to the teacher, they are inseparable. This is a picture of him wearing the hat he made today. Yeah Layne!

Here's a picture of them all ready for church. It won't win any photography awards, but I was so happy I managed to get them all looking at the camera. By the way, the mark on Layne's forehead was from last weekend when he was running around the corner and hit his head on the door. Walking feet Layne! (Yeah right)
