Scripture Hero- Moses
We have been learning about a new scripture hero this month. Today was our first FHE about Moses and his miraculous journey from his mother to Pharaoh's daughter. Daddy told the story, and then we did a role-play. Wesley was the perfect age for Moses as he was estimated to be about three months when his mother put him in the basket. Devin played Miriam, Mom played Moses's mother, and Layne played Pharaoh's daughter. Layne had a little trouble with his lines, but other than that, it was a smashing success.
Next week will be the burning bush, followed by parting the Red Sea, and finally the Ten Commandments. If anyone has any ideas for activities relating to those lessons, feel free to share.
