Layne's Birthday Surprise

We have been very blessed to have collected over the last year or so, several thousand reward points with our credit card. Using these points, we were able to buy the lumber and hardware to add a swing set to our fort and slide set that we built for Devin's birthday. This is going to be Layne's big birthday surprise.

I say a surprise, but it is hard to know how much he has picked up. Devin will announce to him periodically, "Layne, we are getting you a swing set for your birthday, but I'm not going to tell you because it's a surprise." Thanks Devin. When Layne was down for his nap this afternoon, Devin and Daddy went out to the garage in the 97 degree heat and cut all the lumber for the swing set. Devin looked pretty cute with his play saw and construction apron.
