Mad Eyes

Yesterday Devin was helping me make salad using our salad spinner. When my back was turned, he took the lid off and threw it on the floor. I was quite upset and told him I was very mad that he made that choice and that Daddy would be very mad if he broke the salad spinner. "I'm mad too," he announced. I asked him why he was mad. He said, "See my mad eyes?" He looked at me from under his eyebrows with a scowl on his face. It was so funny I burst out laughing and couldn't be mad at him anymore. I tried to get a picture of his mad eyes, but he kept laughing and ruining the effect.
