Ft. Worth Museum

Ben and I had never been to downtown Ft. Worth until a few weeks ago, but it is quickly becoming one of our favorite places in the metroplex. Today we went to the Science and History Museum. The boys loved the children's section that had great entertaining displays with train tracks, buiding blocks, mail trucks, grocery carts and play food, magnet building toys, and all kinds of fun stuff. The hours seemed to race by as we had as much fun as the kids!

We also made it to the IMAX theater to watch a movie about the ocean. It was very informative and entertaining. None of us had seen an IMAX theater quite like this one. The movie screen was on the ceiling and the seats reclined so that you were nearly laying down. The screen was huge and wrapped around you so it was all you could see. It reminded me of a theater at Ricks College that they used to teach astrology.
